ASP is experienced in all fields of surface preparation, from mechanical preparations to dry grit blasting, vacuum blasting, sponge jet and ultra high pressure water blasting > 2500 Bar (5 000psi). ASP owns all of its equipment, comprising: Power guns, 100ltr & 200ltr blast pots, De-humidifiers, Air movers, Agitated Spray Pumps, 73:1 & 30:1 Airless spray pumps, Vacuum systems (electric and pneumatic ). Coating can be applied in brush & roller, airless and conventional spray to spatula applications all done from the rope.

Considerable savings can be made by utilising Rope Access methods for scheduled coating integrity inspections, to assess and maintain existing coatings thereby extending intervals between total re-application of the specified paint. The speed and versatility of our systems are also useful for access during specific weather windows, time constraints, and shutdowns and where the use of conventional scaffold is time consuming and costly.

ASP offers significant time savings on crucial equipment i.e.: Vessels, Tanks, Stacks and Cranes that are required to be in continual service and cannot afford delays caused by scaffold erection and dismantling. ASP can complete a full scope of works and hand back the equipment in less than a third the time that it would take a conventional scaffold contractor.

QA and QCP policies are maintained by ASP Site Agent and ASP Contracts Manager, with a Third Party inspector having full access to site and all documentation. Access on the work site for an Inspector is safely and easily arranged.
